This Privacy Policy describes how JP Alfonso Art, LLC (“Studio” or “we”) interacts with person’s engaging with Studio’s website (herein referred to as “you”, “your” or “visitor”), collects, and protects the data it receives from visitors to Studio’s website (“Site”).

Use of the Site

Studio may collect personal data from you when you visit the Site, interact with our social media, and make purchases on the Site.

When you purchase a product on the site, Studio requires you to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information to complete the purchase. Prior to scheduling an appointment with Studio or Studio’s artist, you may be asked to submit a contact form request (“Contact Form”). When you submit a Contact Form, Studio may request certain personal data such as name, e-mail address and phone number so that Studio is able to evaluate your request and contact you with further details and information. Studio may also use the personal data we collect from the Contact Form to (i) deliver any products or services purchased by you, (ii) process payments or refunds, (iii) interact with you via social media, (iv) resolve disputes, (v) create and administer your account, (v) notify you of changes to the site, special offers, promotions, or general marketing information, and (vi) analyze trends and statistics to serve a legitimate business purpose. If you wish to no longer receive notifications from Studio, or would like to opt-out of any other information request or distribution, simply reply to any e-mail sent from Studio and type UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject of your reply.

Third-Party Services

Studio’s third-party service providers will collect, use and disclose your personal data to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to Studio. Specifically, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and payment processors (collectively, “Payment Processor”), have their own privacy policies with respect to the personal data Studio collects regarding your purchase-related transactions. For each Payment Processor, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you will understand how those Payment Processors handle your personal data. Protecting Personal Data

Studio and its Payment Processor maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are intended to appropriately protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful form of processing, of the personal data in our possession. We employ security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout our network and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities.

Data Disclosure Policy

Excluding transfers to our third-party service provider, Studio does not directly sell, trade, or otherwise transfer outside of the company personally identifiable data that visitors provide. This personal data is used for assessing Contact Forms and to support your purchasing and deposit transactions made via the Site. In addition, Studio may use e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable data to contact visitors who provide such personal data via the Site. For example, Studio may send emails to visitors for specific purposes such as delivering an e-mail newsletter, general information, notifications of promotions, and other general marketing solicitations of the Studio. Visitor may, at any time, elect to no longer receive such correspondence by opting-out from any future emails. To opt-out visitors must simply reply to any Studio’s email sent to them with UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject of their reply.
